This Merit Based Scholarships program will place eight Ph.D. recently in the position of staff in partner agencies in government and non-profit sector over the past two years, beginning in some cases in early September 2011. Fellows will participate in the substantive work of these agencies and receive professional guidance. Merit Based Scholarships Compensation will be commensurate with experience and at the same level as professional staff the new agency will cover hosting and health insurance.
